Dr. Surina Ann Jordan is the daughter of a
minister and a strong, praying mother. She
has served in various leadership positions
of the church, including 12 years on the
board of stewards of the African Methodist
Episcopal church. She has full knowledge
of church life, ministry and operations. She
has a genuine concern for those who live in
the bondage of poor health and seeks to
liberate them through intervention and
healthy living.
Dr. Jordan left a successful executive career
in Fortune 500 companies to dedicate
herself to her divine purpose, which is
teaching individuals how to take control of
their health and to prevent and eliminate
chronic diseases. Too many church-folk
are dying prematurely, and leaving a void by taking away their talents, gifts and
resources in the midst of their work”, says Jordan.
Jordan is a popular public speaker and guest lecturer, appearing on radio, TV and
at seminars throughout the country. Many parishioners are amazed to discover the
spiritual connection to their physical health and well-being. Jordan is known for her
food demonstrations and healthy taste tests. She also helps churches develop
support groups to reinforce healthy eating among members. Her many clients credit
her direct, engaging manner and sage advice for their renewed sense of purpose
and good health.
Dr. Jordan is effective delivering the Sunday morning message, teaching or
conducting workshops. Many seek individual counseling from Dr. Jordan as well.
