Protein (low fat high fiber)

- Cold whole grain cereal and milk
- Warm whole cereal and milk with cinnamon, raisins and nuts
- Bran or whole grain muffin w/ 1 Tbsp soy nut butter or Apple sauce, fruit
preserves, or heat on the griddle with olive oil
- Scrambled egg-whites or scrambled tofu
- Textured Vegetable Protein ( sausage, bacon )
- One boiled egg (not more than twice per week)
