FAQs About Water
How can I realistically drink that
much water everyday?!
Try the following as a goal. Complete:

    2 glasses by 10 a.m.
    2 glasses by   2 p.m
    2 glasses by   6 p.m.
    2 glasses by   8 p.m
    8-glasses!

note: 1 -16 oz. bottle equals 2 glasses of water
Do other drinks count?
  • A little, other drinks do not replace
water. They help, but the body
needs water to nourish every cell.
  • Note that some drinks are mild
    diuretics  which may require more
    water replacement.
What about distilled water?
  • Distilled water is a great
    therapeutic agent and can be
    used during internal cleansing as
directed by your health care provider.
  • Distilled water lacks minerals.
  • Long-term use is believed to strip
    the body of minerals, thus
    reducing energy levels and causing
    other related ailments based on
mineral deficiencies. Limit use to 1
    gallon per month for additional
    cleansing.
Why can't I drink cold water?
  • Cold water threatens body
    temperature.
  • If the water is room temperature
then the body can begin to use it
more efficiently and retain it longer.
  • You may notice that cold water
    increases the frequency of
    urination.
  • It is difficult to drink large
    amountsof cold water because the
    esophagus contracts reducing the
amount that can be consumed at
    one time.
